Lawyer/Associate - Corporate Transactions (M&A) - 2+ PAE This is an incredible opportunity for a talented corporate Associate to join a market leading corporate team at a top-tier international firm in Brisbane. You can expect to work on a wide range of complex and high-profile matters involving cross-border M&A, joint venture agreements, capital raisings, shareholder agreements, restructures, foreign investment and approvals, corporate governance across various sectors including energy, mining and infrastructure. Ideal Candidate 2 or more years’ experience gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm. Well-developed drafting and verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service to clients. Strong ability to communicate with work providers and clients in order to understand their needs and how best to meet them.
