You’ll work closely with two well-respected partners across a sophisticated portfolio of matters. Your Work Will Include: Public and private M&A, including takeovers Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions Consortiums and strategic fund investments (including clean energy) Complex FIRB approvals and foreign investment matters IPOs, rights issues & placements Corporate governance and regulatory advice (Corporations Act, ASX rules, Foreign Acquisitions Act) Why This Role Stands Out: A Focus on Quality, Not Daily Hours: A yearly billable target applies, but no daily expectations as this firm is acknowledging that workflow naturally ebbs and flows. Market-Leading Parental Leave: 26 weeks paid, gender-neutral, with no eligibility period and no clawback plus superannuation paid on both paid and unpaid leave. Top-Tier Remuneration: One of the highest-paying firms in the Brisbane market, offering a competitive salary, a 10–20% performance bonus, and an additional discretionary bonus.
