Key Duties: Assisting the Retail Manager with day-to-day operations across our outlets Assist in coordinating the front of house team’s daily operations within a high volume environment Lead the team to deliver exceptional, prompt and friendly service Lead from the front, mentor and train the team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment Optimise team members rostered to increase revenue and productivity Address any guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure everyone has the best experience possible Consistently follow safety guidelines when performing tasks or using equipment, reporting all hazards, near misses or accidents to appropriate personnel About You: Demonstrated previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment Experience leading a team, identifying opportunities for improvement, training and developing the team Good knowledge of Melbourne food and beverage scene, what’s new and what’s hot Coffee fanatic Excellent communication skills, ability to confidently lead team briefing sessions with up to 12 team members Well-groomed and professional in appearance with attention to detail Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate The Benefits: Opportunity to learn new skills and advance your career with training support and professional development within one of the biggest global hospitality businesses Access to 100+ retail discounts We are an ecological and socially forward operation – committed to minimising food waste and single-use plastic #J-18808-Ljbffr
