Food & Beverage Supervisor – Ayers Rock Resort Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, 20 minutes drive from Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. This role requires a dedicated hospitality professional with supervisory experience, strong conflict resolution, and communication skills to lead the team, motivate staff, assist in daily operations, and maintain the outlet. Key Duties Supervise employees in line with roster hours and standard operating procedures. Manage staff to meet daily operational requirements and financial budgets. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring a satisfying dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements. Model professional behaviour, including presentation and conduct, for all team members. ***You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role*** The Best Part As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will work closely with Food & Beverage Attendants, offering guidance, support, and feedback to help them perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
