Food and Beverage Supervisor – City of Newcastle, Australia We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to work 28 hours per week on a fixed‑term basis until mid‑June 2026. The role is part of our City Venues team, covering locations such as City Hall, Civic Theatre and Fort Scratchley. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent food and beverage services for catering and events. Supervise staff during day‑to‑day operations and manage scheduling. Perform relevant administrative duties to ensure services are delivered at the highest standard. Support the planning and prioritisation of activities to achieve the most important outcomes with the community. Essential Requirements Experience managing food and beverage operations. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality. Right to live and work in Australia. Work Conditions • Fixed‑term contract until June 2026• 28 hours per week (part‑time)• Remuneration: $52,219.51 per annum plus 17.5% annual leave loading and 12% superannuation for a 28‑hour week.
