About the Role The WHS Manager is a key member of our manufacturing leadership team. You will be responsible for rolling out our WHS framework, ensuring that risk assessments are in place, policies and procedures are followed, and incident reports are actioned with purpose. You will also support the implementation of our new WHS platform, contributing to a smarter way of working through improved reporting, document control, and visibility across multiple facilities. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct WHS risk assessments and support action plans across all EJ Supplies sites Establish and conduct WHS committee meetings Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training Investigate incidents and near misses to uncover root causes and drive change Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support regulatory compliance Monitor and maintain WHS systems, data, and documentation Keep training logs and policies up to date and audit‑ready Engage teams to build awareness around both physical and psychosocial wellbeing Support external audits and regulator engagementMonitor trends, identify gaps, and help embed a consistent safety culture What You’ll Bring Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety First Aid and CPR certification General Construction Induction (White Card) Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS role in a food manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting Working knowledge of WHS legislation in NSW, VIC, and QLD Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work across multiple sites and build trust with team members Be part of a proudly Australian business with strong family values Help shape the WHS systems and culture from the ground up Enjoy generous staff discounts and a collaborative team environment Gain exposure across multiple high‑impact manufacturing sites Be part of a company where people and safety come first Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and build a safer tomorrow at El Jannah?
