Site Supervisor – Crushing & Screening At PCH Civil, we're proud to deliver Straight-Up Excellence across Western Australia's most exciting civil and mining projects. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Crushing & Screening to join our team at Kathleen Valley and contribute to projects that shape WA's future. Reporting to the Director, this role is ideal for someone who's safety-driven, operationally strong, and confident leading high-performing crews in a fast‑paced mining environment. What You'll Do Oversee day‑to‑day crushing and screening operations, ensuring safe, efficient and continuous production. Lead, direct and support operators, skilled labour and subcontractors on site. Enforce and promote HSE compliance, conduct inspections and address hazards immediately. Monitor plant performance, manage downtime, and coordinate maintenance where required. Manage material movements, equipment allocation and resource planning. Communicate progress, production targets, delays, and challenges. What You'll Bring Minimum 5 years' experience in a crushing and screening environment within mining or heavy civil projects. Proven ability to supervise teams and run safe, efficient production operations. Strong knowledge of mobile and fixed crushing equipment, screening plants, and material handling. Ability to read and interpret production plans, load requirements and site drawings. Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills. Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement. You'll be a Statutory Supervisor.
