Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer and product support across capital equipment and aftermarket wear solutions with a high level of professionalism. Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts, initiate new business, and drive sales through both individual and team efforts. Identify and act on new marketing opportunities to support business growth and market presence. Conduct onsite and workshop‑based inspections, providing technical advice to enhance ESCO product performance. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to prepare high‑quality correspondence, tender responses, and manage contractual processes in line with company policies. Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Experience in heavy industry—particularly within underground or surface mining—is highly regarded, along with a strong understanding of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) products. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented, with a commitment to high‑quality work, safety, and ethical standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in computer use, including basic data entry. Additional Requirements: Must have the right to work in Australia, be willing to travel to local and remote mine sites by air and car (>50% of the month), and successfully complete background checks.
