Group Home Assistant Supervisor

Join our Work Skills family WSC is growing, and we're looking to add caring Group Home Assistant Supervisors for our Howell apartment program and Howell group home Pay starts at $21.00+ per hour depending on experience. The Assistant Supervisor supervises and directs the operations and activities of the apartment program in the absence of the Home Supervisor and primarily works an afternoon shift (12 PM to 8 PM), with some on-call team rotation responsibilities. This person assumes a leadership role and works with our amazing team of Direct Care Professionals (DCPs), providing supervision and training support to ensure their success WSC offers a fantastic benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, vision, life, retirement with an employer match, 11 paid holidays, and PTO. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma is required, associate's or bachelor's degree a plus; two years of caregiving/group home experience is preferred. Upon hire, the successful candidate must satisfactorily complete all training required by the County of Fiscal Responsibility (COFR) and contracting agencies. A valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required. The results of a physical exam must indicate the individual is cleared for unrestricted work duties.
