Experience & Skills Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field Self‑motivated, energetic individual who thrives on making the guest experience the best it can be Strong leadership abilities, with the confidence to make decisions and resolve issues effectively in a fast‑paced environment Confident communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Excellent standards of service and proven experience managing a team in a similar role Excellent presentation Available to work a rotating roster across a 7‑day week including evenings and weekends Must hold a valid RSA What We Offer Career growth: Access to senior roles across our expanding network of venues.
