As a Housekeeping Services Supervisor, reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency are achieved and maintained within the department through effective supervision, training, and team member engagement of this large and diverse team This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and The Darling hotel team. Responsibilities: Ensure all relevant guest information is shared with all Team Members - VIPs, Cots, Rollaway beds Support and assist the team during peak periods Perform room spot checks and ensure all rooms are checked to hotel standards Resolve guest concerns using a pleasant and diplomatic approach Monitor and report maintenance requests where required What we’re looking for: Previous Supervisory experience within a luxury hotel Strong leadership skills with an exceptional eye for detail Passion for hospitality with a can-do attitude Strong communication skills and computer literacy Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster About you: You will be experienced in a supervisory housekeeping role within a five-star property or integrated resort. In addition, you will have experience of improving operational efficiency, elevating guest experiences, and maintaining the highest of room presentation.
