We are seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic Sydney CBD hotel team. In this role, you will motivate, guide, and develop a team of housekeeping professionals to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas. Key Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising effectively with staff, hotel management, and guests. Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to daily operations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, premium hotel environment. Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals, correct cleaning techniques, and WHS (Work Health and Safety) standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by hotel operations in Sydney CBD. Working rights in Australia.
