About the role Six Degrees is hiring a Full time Housekeeping Supervisor role in Albany, WA. Apply now to be part of our team. Requirements for this role Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and oversee the housekeeping operations at Six Degrees Albany. In addition, this role will supervise the cleaning and hygiene standards across all three restaurants in Albany – Six Degrees, Chanya Thai and Venice Restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction while working with our current Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping staff, training new team members and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping for hotel/motel rooms, including shared common areas such as bathrooms. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness and presentation. Ensure timely preparation of rooms for guest check-in and turnover. Work with Housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas and hotel/motel rooms. Lead, train and mentor housekeeping and cleaning staff. Work closely with Operations Department to implement cleaning protocols and ensure adherence to operational standards. Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate with the Procurement Team for timely ordering of cleaning supplies. Maintain accurate records of housekeeping procedures and inspections. Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests and feedback. Work closely with the Front Office and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Report maintenance issues or room damages for follow-up. Qualifications and Skills Minimum two years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor. Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage a diverse team and work under pressure. Availability on a rotating roster including weekends. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
