Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and lead our high‑achieving team of housekeeping professionals Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day supervision of the housekeeping team. Lead, motivate, train and develop all housekeeping team members. Uphold Pegasus Customer & Service standards to give the guest the best experience possible. Organise and allocate rooms for rostered team members on shift. Ensure appropriate chemical safety and OH&S standards are practiced and maintained to the highest standard. Skills and Experience Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel is preferred. Housekeeping supervisor looking to step up to Assistant Manager. Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards. Reliable and flexible. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
