On any given day, you will be responsible for strategic planning of nursing and midwifery services; completing hospital rounds and conducting rapid bed meetings; managing escalations; providing support to the Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery (DDONM) and the Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs); and acting as the professional lead for nursing and midwifery services within the hospital. You won't be working alone. You will be supported by the Director of Medical Services, General Manager, and other members of the executive team.
