We are currently seeking a qualified or early-career horticulturist to join our propagation and nursery team at our North Ryde facility. The Role: This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong interest or background in horticulture, plant propagation, or nursery production. Working alongside experienced horticultural staff, you’ll play an integral part in plant propagation and nursery operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on plant selection, care, pest & disease management and landscaping. Carry out horticultural duties including general ground and garden maintenance and weed control. Knowledge and administration of approved chemicals. Plant species identification and applications. Assist, coach and train allocated staff members including customer service officers and yard staff.
