Job Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Creative Agency Lead to manage one of our in‑house creative teams, consisting of diverse, multidisciplinary professionals. The Creative Agency plays a pivotal role in creating a variety of marketing materials to support the needs of our PC, console, and mobile games. Working alongside the Creative Agency Director, the Creative Agency Lead will establish and uphold a compelling creative vision across a wide range of marketing projects, including user‑acquisition ads, social media campaigns, brand partnerships, and in‑game integrations. This role involves managing a team of artists and ensuring all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality. Collaboration with key stakeholders—such as the Creative Agency Regional Director, Production Coordinator, Product Marketing Leads, and various disciplines within the studio—will be essential to success in this role. Job Responsibilities Team Management and Leadership : Lead, motivate, and mentor the Creative Agency Team, fostering a collaborative environment where artists (2D, Capture, Motion, Video, etc.) deliver high‑quality marketing and user‑acquisition assets across multiple platforms. Act as the bridge between internal marketing and user‑acquisition stakeholders and the team’s artists—facilitating production kick‑off until final delivery, feedback exchange, and alignment on asset needs. Organise regular team meetings and one‑on‑ones to promote effective communication and assess performance, morale, and technical needs. Ensure necessary tools, training materials, and technical documentation are available and kept up to date for artists. Take care of team morale and motivation, driving commitment and top performance. Recruit new artists and oversee the onboarding process. Collaboration, Resources Allocation and Reporting : Plan and prioritise multiple creative projects, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and budgets. Organise workflows, manage the creative pipeline, and adjust strategies to evolving project needs. Track productivity and compile detailed reports to inform stakeholders and improve operational efficiency. Creative Direction and Strategy : Partner with stakeholders—marketing, production, licensing—to establish and maintain a strong creative vision for campaigns, ads, social media, brand partnerships, and in‑game integrations. Lead creative meetings, generate innovative concepts, pitch ideas, create mockups/storyboards, and refine messages. Ensure smooth production workflows, foster team collaboration, and maintain clear communication regarding asset needs. Oversee quality control of all creative outputs, ensuring alignment with the game’s vision, art direction, and brand identity. Provide constructive feedback to artists to refine assets across user‑acquisition, social media, and other marketing initiatives. Creative Innovation and Trend Awareness : Stay up to date with the latest trends in gaming, marketing, and creative design; apply new ideas and techniques to enhance quality and effectiveness. Encourage fresh ideas, innovative approaches, and leverage emerging trends. Identify and implement solutions to optimise creative processes, tools, and workflows. Expected Results Meet delivery deadlines while maintaining an organised, efficient workflow. Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest quality standards and align with the game’s vision, art direction, and brand identity. Foster a professional, collaborative environment, leading by example and maintaining positive relationships with product leads and stakeholders. Uphold a consistent, compelling creative direction for all marketing projects. Streamline processes, enhance communication, and ensure smooth production workflows. Drive innovation—improving creative ideas, workflows, tools, and processes to boost overall efficiency and quality. Requirements Portfolio link (required). A minimum of 3 years in a Creative Lead or Team Leader role, showcasing leadership in audiovisual production, marketing, or a related creative field. Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion, demonstrating creative and operational excellence, and understanding of production timelines and costs. Strong written and verbal English skills. Strong experience in art direction. A love of risk‑taking, openness to new ideas, and a visionary mindset. Excellent organisational and analytical skills. Creativity and pragmatism in finding solutions. Very good communication skills. Ability to maintain perspective, manage priorities, and supervise many projects and topics.
