Content & Creative Lead

Grow brands. Shape campaigns. Lead the creative engine inside Nimble Growth. If you love design, content and shaping campaigns end to end, this might be your next home. We're looking for a part-time Content & Creative Lead to join our team, with the option to move into full time as we grow. This role offers flexibility with up to 30 hours per week (~$48 / hr) and remote working with occasional travel to client sites. What you'll be doing Translating market and customer insights into strong creative ideas Producing monthly social content and quarterly campaign creative Designing brand-aligned creative across tiles, infographics, brochures, guides, landing pages and campaign assets Creating static and short‑form content (reels, stories, storyboards), or preparing clear briefs for our video editor if editing isn't your strength Growing organic social channels with content that actually performs Visiting client sites independently to capture photo and video content You'll thrive in this role if you Have strong design skills and are an expert in Adobe and Canva (Figma a bonus) Can create brand guidelines and respect and work within existing ones Can juggle multiple brands while keeping quality high Can take GTM and brand strategy and turn it into cohesive social content and campaign output Know how to grow social channels using smart creative formats Work independently and feel confident bringing ideas forward Enjoy a fast‑moving environment with plenty of variety Required Experience 4+ years in content, design or creative roles. Strong portfolio demonstrating social content, campaign creative and multi‑brand work. Experience growing organic social channels through creative execution. Proficient in Canva & Adobe – Figma is a bonus. AI creative experience valued but not essential.
