Team Leader – Rostering Services We’re looking for a Team Leader of Rostering Services to ensure our clients receive safe, timely and person-centred support – every day. What You’ll Do You’ll lead the end-to-end rostering function across our service programs, bringing operational excellence, strong leadership and a client-first approach. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating accurate and efficient rosters across multiple programs and service locations Ensuring award compliance and safe scheduling practices Working closely with leaders to solve gaps, prioritise workload and maintain service continuity Monitoring data and rostering performance metrics to drive improvements Leading rostering staff, including recruitment, supervision, training and performance Communicating clearly and empathetically with clients and staff regarding roster changes Supporting innovation, system rollouts, workflow redesigns and continuous improvement initiatives Providing after-hours phone coverage (on-call five days a week) Why Join Us?
