We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia. We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury. We have a vacancy for a Depot Operations Officer to join our team at our Mildura Depot. The Depot Operations Officer will report directly to the Depot Manager and Depot 2IC and will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the depot, including forklift and truck duties. This support role includes helping with rosters, delivery scheduling, attending to general enquiries, daily depot processing, general administration tasks, fleet and compliance record management, and providing customer service to the public. Great verbal and written communication skills Mathematical aptitude Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise and problem solve Good understanding of the local district Good time management and organisational skills Willing to undertake any required training to excel in this role Full training is provided during the onboarding process, along with ongoing support from office management and other administration staff.
