Ultrana Medical and Rozelle Physio are seeking a dedicated and creative Full-Time Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of both brands. This unique role offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategies across the medical device and physiotherapy sectors—driving awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads. Reporting to the Managing Director (Ultrana Medical) and Practice Principal (Rozelle Physio), you’ll work closely with both teams to deliver campaigns that elevate our brands and generate measurable impact. What You’ll Do You’ll take ownership of end-to-end marketing activity for both Ultrana Medical and Rozelle Physio, covering digital strategy, execution, and performance optimisation. Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Canva Pro and Meta Business Suite for both businesses. Content Creation Film and edit product videos, testimonials, physio educational content, and device showcases using CapCut. Capture photos and reels of both clinics, equipment, practitioners, and patient-facing content (where appropriate). Email Marketing Build and deliver high-converting campaigns through Mailchimp and CRM platforms. Create newsletters, promotions, and educational sequences tailored to clinicians and patients. Paid Ads & Analytics Run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for both brands. Track performance through Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools—optimising for lead generation and growth. Website Updates Manage and update the Ultrana Medical WordPress site. Maintain Rozelle Physio’s website pages, blogs, and booking funnels. Customer & Patient Engagement Liaise with clients, patients, and clinicians to gather testimonials, success stories, and content. Support brand trust-building through case studies and highlight features. Strategy & Experimentation Continuously explore new platforms, content styles, and growth tactics. Develop quick-win marketing initiatives to accelerate lead generation.
