Job Description As the Partnerships Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our newly created media partnerships division, focusing on the successful implementation of innovative partnership strategies and high-impact client solutions. Reporting directly to the Head of Media Partnerships, you will lead project execution, foster strong client and partner relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of culturally relevant campaigns that help brands meet their fans with purpose and passion. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging resources across Publicis Groupe to drive engagement and results. Responsibilities Partnerships Implementation & Team Support: Support the Head of Media Partnerships in developing and executing partnership strategies, contributing to a collaborative environment that drives innovation and enables the delivery of culturally relevant, high-impact solutions for clients. Foster positive, transparent, and collaborative relationships within the partnerships team and across Publicis Groupe, ensuring cohesive ways of working to achieve common goals and turn cultural sparks into measurable brand impact. Contribute to the implementation of an education program for Publicis Groupe, helping upskill teams in partnership-based approaches to integrate resources and scale impactful partnerships. Client Strategy & Delivery: Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with the Creative Director and Head of Media Partners to develop and implement innovative solutions that seamlessly integrate brands into culture and communities, driving relevance, engagement, and results. Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets by identifying opportunities within client projects, supporting the expansion of partnerships, and leveraging Publicis Groupe resources to deliver value. Become a trusted advisor to clients, learning their businesses and objectives to provide best‑in‑class servicing, including responding to briefs, managing day‑to‑day tasks, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines. Market Insight & Partnership Execution: Stay informed on market trends, emerging opportunities, and fandom dynamics in sport, gaming, music, fashion, and entertainment, applying insights to execute agile and innovative partnerships that maintain a competitive edge and deliver long‑term value. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with media partners, publishers, and external suppliers, ensuring partnerships elevate brand relevance and deliver measurable client impact across channels like broadcast, digital, creator, activations, and events. Project Management & Operational Excellence: Leverage content production expertise to manage high‑quality projects from ideation to delivery, balancing client and partner needs to ensure on‑time, on‑budget outcomes that exceed expectations. Drive streamlined project processes, including workflow management, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance, while managing logistical elements such as shoots, activations, or events. Commercial & Financial Management: Handle financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, scoping, billing, budget tracking, timesheets, and job reconciliation, to support the division's revenue targets and growth. Develop negotiation skills and commercial acumen, working with the Head of Media Partnerships to convert opportunities and ensure projects contribute to continual team success. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in client servicing, project management, and partnership implementation, with a proven track record in content and creative partnerships. Experience working across at least two of the following sectors: creative agencies, media agencies, and publishers, with a focus on executing creative projects and partnership strategies. Strong client‑facing skills, with the ability to build relationships, understand needs, and deliver tailored solutions that connect brands with fandoms. Demonstrated expertise in managing creative projects, timelines, and execution from ideation to delivery across all media formats (TV, print, digital, social, radio, experiential, etc.), collaborating with partners through pre‑production to post‑production. Proven ability in production management, including logistical elements like shoots and activations, with a focus on high‑quality outputs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate ideas, recommendations, and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and teams. Solid commercial acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and contributing to revenue growth. Data‑driven approach with understanding of analytics, insights, and reporting to drive performance and optimise partnerships.
