Sales and Partnerships Manager We are seeking a Sydney-based Sales & Partnerships Manager to work with the wider Sales & Partnerships team to achieve state and individual based sales targets. This role is based from our Sydney office, where you will form part of a broader team of talented individuals from across the business. Broadsheet’s Sales & Partnerships team is responsible for driving commercial revenue for the business through advertising solutions. We work with Australia’s biggest brands and agencies to develop creative, innovative and meaningful partnerships that drive business results. You will have experience in and a thorough understanding of the media industry and content landscape, as well as a natural ability to develop relationships with media agencies and clients. We also need someone who is both creatively and commercially minded as you will be pivotal in helping to shape what you sell as you will be working closely with Broadsheet’s award‑winning studio team to create integrated solutions for our partners that span across articles, video, social, events and digital media. Most importantly you’ll make an impact as part of one of Australia’s most influential independent media publishers and lifestyle brands. We are looking for someone who loves sales and has a hunter mentality. Key Responsibilities Selling innovative and creative branded content solutions and digital media to agencies and brand partners Managing the sales process from brief to booking Achieve individual and team budgets each quarter Provide accurate reporting and pipeline management Build and maintain agency patch and key brand relationships Contribute to the long‑term sales strategy and vision at Broadsheet Your Experience Minimum 4+ years experience in sales with a background in media Experience in developing and selling branded content solutions Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both externally and internally Excellent presentation and communication skills Strategic thinker with an ability to overcome obstacles and deliver solutions Highly organised (prioritising, time management, multi-tasking) Results focused and comfortable meeting deadlines About Broadsheet Broadsheet is one of the country’s most influential independent publishers and award‑winning media brands.
