Account Receivable Officer
voor de
regio Vlaams-Brabant .Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is het nauwgezet opvolgen en controleren van betalingen bij onze klanten. Dit omvat het beheren van de openstaande posten, het identificeren van achterstallige betalingen en het communiceren met klanten om eventuele betalingsproblemen op te lossen.Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:Opvolgen van openstaande facturen en betalingen bij klanten.Identificeren van achterstallige betalingen en proactief oplossen van betalingsproblemen.Verwerken van financiële transacties in het boekhoudsysteem.Onderhouden van nauwkeurige en tijdige financiële gegevens.Communiceren met klanten om eventuele vragen of betalingsproblemen op te lossen.Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om een vlotte financiële workflow te waarborgen.Tweetalig (FR/NL) met uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.Noties van boekhoudingKritische blik en oog voor detail.Sociaalvaardig met de mogelijkheid om effectief te communiceren met klanten en teamleden.Proactieve houding en vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.Technologisch Vaardig: Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware en een goede beheersing van MS Office, met name Excel, om gegevensanalyse te vergemakkelijken.Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt.Een dynamische werkomgeving binnen een toonaangevend bedrijf in de automotive sector.Competitief salarispakket met extralegale voordelen.Mogelijkheden voor professionele groei en ontwikkeling.Een enthousiast team en een positieve werkcultuur.Aarzel niet langer en solliciteer via onze website Brussels Auto Group.
