As the Business Line Manager for Surface Exploration Drilling, you will be responsible for the marketing, sales, service, administration and consolidated performance of the business line.Responsibilities include:• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of sales personnel, ensuring their professional development and performance optimization• Set clear sales targets and goals, monitor progress, and implement necessary measures to achieve or exceed targets• Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment that encourages creativity, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers within the mining sector• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential business opportunities and threats• Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis and customer feedbackRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred• Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within the mining industry• In-depth understanding of mining equipment and related technologies, coupled with knowledge of industry standards and regulations• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesLocation:Perth, Western AustraliaEpiroc is an equal opportunity employer, people of diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.Report this job advert
