Are you a driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong candidate and internal stakeholder relationships? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. About the Role Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will manage recruitment activities while developing and maintaining strong candidate and Internal partnerships. This role offers a balance of recruitment delivery and other support activities designated by the business manager making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people and performance. Rostered early starts from 07:00am required on some days. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising through to placement Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage candidate compliance Ensure all client job orders are filled with suitable, safety-compliant candidates Manage CRM system entry and compliance Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets set by Business Manager Ensure compliance with Immigration legislation and internal management systems Conduct reference and background checks Manage payroll adjustments and assist with client reporting Provide a rapid response to reported injuries and safety concerns Represent the business at client entertainment and networking events (including outside normal business hours when required) Work Health & Safety Comply with all WHS policies and procedures Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and that of others Report hazards, incidents, and injuries in accordance with company procedures Escalate safety concerns raised by candidates to the WHS Coordinator About You Previous exposure to the recruitment industry Minimum two years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Proven ability to work successfully within a team Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills CRM experience on a recruitment system What We Offer At National Workforce, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
