As a Principal Recruitment Consultant , you would have the opportunity to build a high-value Senior HR desk. Responsibilities We seek a driving force who will enjoy taking this line of business out to a wider market, the focus will be on promoting innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries Strategy, planning and execution of the plan to build a high value HR Recruitment desk focussed explicitly on senior appointments The role reports to the Director of the business and will play a key role in building out this capability. Be a trusted partner and advisor to our clients as a subject matter expert. Be ambitious, driven and results oriented and use these competencies to achieve your goals. Be organized and create a good balance between client management, recruitment and administrative work with a focus on achieving your work objectives. Your Experience As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will bring with you At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialised Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager, or Branch Manager, with experience in specialised HR recruitment. We are also happy to speak with Recruitment Consultants from other specialisations such as Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Legal, or Business Support. Experience in building or managing a desk that has focused on high value temp / contracting within a specialism.
