Key Responsibilities Complete quality documentation for projects Maintain and update project programs Liaise with builders and suppliers and plan the delivery of services for each project Collate and process customer project requirements Act as the primary company contact for contractual matters on projects Ensure projects comply with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to mitigate risks and issues Prepare and manage contract claims in accordance with the contract and relevant legislation (progress claims, variations, EOT claims, Latent Conditions claims) Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Skills and Experience Experience in preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts Strong leadership and communication skills Exceptional organisational and time management skills In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and compliance Thorough understanding of construction methods, engineering principles, and safety regulations Strong contract management and negotiation skills Previous experience in managing projects Familiar with contract compliance and legislative requirements Position available is full time, 5 days a week with overtime. Successful applicant will be required to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing. Training will be provided.
