Details Position: Full Time Permanent Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday 2:20pm to 10:20pm, Friday 12pm to 6pm For you Competitive benefits package Discounts on Scoopon, Luxury Escapes, Asahi Beverages portfolio Generous leave options (20 weeks paid parental leave for primary & secondary carer) Lease Plan Health & Wellness programs Discounted private health insurance Financial coaching Counselling sessions Flu vaccinations Skin checks Professional development programs Global career opportunities Responsibilities Ensuring flavour testing is completed effectively and accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with product run Completing quality checks as required with management of materials and waste Advanced centre-lining, process equipment operation, monitoring and cleaning Monitoring quality performance optimization Carrying out advanced production line management, equipment calibration and monitoring Preparing and completing accurate records, ensuring products remain within specifications Qualifications Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Production Environment (preferably within a food manufacturing environment or industrial kitchen/cooking environment) Ability to work autonomously, whilst working towards achieving team goals An understanding of HACCP and GMP A high mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability A flexible approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time and to ensure quality in every bag Ability to record, report and input accurate data into computerized systems Simple and Quick Recruitment Process Phone conversation with a recruitment advisor On-site interview with the manager Background & pre-employment medical checks Offer About us Join us and work with iconic brands like Doritos, Gatorade, Pepsi Max, Smith’s Chips, Red Rock Deli, Twisties, Quaker Oats, and Bluebird NZ.
