We're currently on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager or Manager to help lead our team and continue delivering the service and standards our customers know and trust. What You'll Be Doing: Leading, developing and supporting a passionate team of staff Coordinating day‑to‑day operations including rostering, inventory management, and claims/returns Driving performance and upholding high service standards Ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently and always with the customer in mind Contributing to a positive store culture built on teamwork, learning, and a love of movement What We're Looking For: Proven leadership or management experience in retail or customer‑focused roles Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock, rosters and team performance A passion for footwear, running, or helping others stay active A customer‑first mindset with strong communication skills Someone who's hands‑on, reliable, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment Why Join Us?
