We're currently looking for a passionate, qualified Room Leader to join our team four days per week, working nine‑hour shifts. Flexibility and availability between 6:30am and 6:30pm is essential. Answering 30 questions a minute from curious toddlers and pre‑schoolers. Singing on demand (perfect pitch optional). Turning a paint smudge into a story. Spotting smiling giraffes in abstract art. About you You’re qualified, capable, and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences and most importantly, a safe environment for every child. You’ll also have: A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher). Current Working with Children Check & Police Check. First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification. Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF. A flexible, team‑first approach. A demonstrated commitment to child safety, rights, and wellbeing in all aspects of practice.
