As an APS 5 Engagement Officer, you will: support the delivery of branch and team outcomes aligned with NIAA’s strategic direction undertake procedural, administrative, and service‑related tasks that contribute to business activities and project management build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, providers, and partners respond to enquiries and complaints with professionalism and cultural sensitivity contribute to a culturally safe and inclusive workplace, supporting strategies for working with diverse communities. As an APS 6 Senior Engagement Officer, you will: build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, providers, and partners deliver work aligned with NIAA’s Key Performance Measures and quality indicators support coaching and mentoring within the team, contributing to a positive and high‑performing culture provide technical and operational support, including interpretation of procedures and guidelines conduct research and analysis on matters within area of expertise analyse and evaluate information to inform decision‑making and provide operational advice participate in forums and represent the team in collaborative engagements support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team performance and service delivery. A current Australian driver’s license is a requirement of this role.
