To keep that impact going, we’re looking for an IT Support Specialist who can keep our tech running smoothly and support the people who support our communities. Managing system administration, troubleshooting issues, and minimising downtime. Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and recovery. Maintaining and tracking IT assets to ensure security and performance. Coordinating with vendors on licences, systems, and service improvements. Creating documentation and guiding staff on IT best practice. Assisting with IT-related projects that enhance business operations and security. Participate in initiatives across the entire ICT infrastructure while maximising performance and service delivery. Coordination of exit and offboarding equipment and assets in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner. Maintenance of a current assets register. Managing decommission of old equipment and supporting procurement of new assets. What You Bring Experience in IT support or system administration. Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence working autonomously. A proactive, customer-focused approach to supporting a mission-led organisation. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Lumary, Splose or similar platforms. Full working rights and ability to obtain a WWCC and Police Check.
