Lead, Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us Join us at Mount Annan OSHClub, as an OSHC Coordinator, lead a team of passionate Educators and be part of a Christian centered community that inspires, nurtures, and supports primary school children. This permanent, full time role offers 38 hours per week, including 8 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:30-6:30pm (Stay and Play) About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. Qualifications ✔️ A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow. ✔️ Strong communication skills—you’ll be leading by example ✔️ A team player who inspires others and encourages growth. ✔️ You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. ✔️ Australian work rights. ✔️ A completed Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching as per ACECQA.
