Add expected salary to your profile for insights We’re seeking an energetic, organised manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a vibrant holiday apartment complex. You’ll focus on the letting pool, trust accounting, and guest experience—while working alongside a full-time Building Manager who handles all Body Corporate responsibilities. It’s a great setup that lets you concentrate on what you do best. What you'll be doing: Managing the full holiday letting pool and building strong relationships with owners Overseeing trust accounting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements Coordinating bookings, guest communication, and daily operational workflows Supervising onsite staff and ensuring high presentation standards across the property Working closely with contractors, cleaners, and service providers Preparing owner statements, reporting, and month-end processes Driving occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction Working with a full time Building Manager who looks after all aspects of the Body Corporate side of things Run marketing activities to book bookings Manage rates on our website and OTA's What you'll bring: Experience in holiday accommodation, property management, or building management Minimum 3 years of experience in holiday accommodation, Strong trust accounting knowledge (preferably in holiday/strata environments) Restricted Letting Licence or ability to get one Confident communication and people-management skills A calm, solutions-focused approach to busy periods Solid organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously while keeping owners and management well-informed Familiarity with property management software (RMS, Hirum, REI) Australian work rights are required for this position What we offer: A supportive team that values initiative Competitive salary package An opportunity to lead a well-located, high-potential complex Variety in your day and the chance to make a real impact If you're ready to step into a rewarding management role and help shape the experience for owners and guests, we'd love to hear from you.
