Home Carer – Newcastle, NSW Reliant Health Care Pty Ltd, accredited by ACHS, provides high‑quality case management and care services to NDIS participants, home care package recipients and private clients. We are looking for Home Carers to work with clients in the NEWCASTLE area of New South Wales. Responsibilities Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan. Provide personal care: assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene and medication. Carry out domestic duties: preparing meals, housekeeping, companionship and ensuring a safe environment. Transport clients to appointments. What We Offer Above award pay rate. Current Police Check – required. Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service orientation. NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain. COVID‑19 vaccination with one booster. Proficiency with technology: smartphones, email, internet. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Driver’s licence and car.
