Business Integration Manager (Transformation) Our client has been a trusted provider of electrical cabling services for over 25 years, delivering projects across greenfield, underground and above-ground environments. They are focused on delivering more than just infrastructure, they are committed to building connections, culture, and opportunities for their workforce, the community and their clients. As they embark on an exciting phase of growth, they are seeking a Business Integration Manager to bring it all together and drive seamless alignment across the business. In this newly created role reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, along with any divestments in the Group structure. You will align policies, systems, and culture, ensuring everything fits seamlessly while driving efficiency, consistency, and performance across the Group. This is a hands‑on project‑based role suited to a commercially minded professional who thrives on change and results. Pakenham‑based the role offers variety and scope, with travel required between Victorian and interstate offices to support integration activities. THE OPPORTUNITY In this well‑rounded role, you will develop and deliver integration plans across finance, systems, and operations, support the CFO with governance and reporting, and oversee IT and ERP integration with the IT Manager and CFO. You will chair steering committee meetings, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed, build team capability through mentoring and streamlined processes, and drive process improvement with measured outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with key internal business streams to align branding, customer experience, and communications, and support people and culture in embedding a centre of business culture and HR frameworks. ABOUT YOU You are an experienced integration and transformation leader, who can bring people, systems, and processes together, balancing big picture strategy with hands‑on execution, while confidently engaging with senior leaders and frontline teams. A proven track record in leading business or systems integrations, project and change management, you thrive in delivering results across finance, systems, and operations. An excellent communicator, and an effective stakeholder manager, you are a natural collaborator who thrives in dynamic environments. Flexibility, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to travel are essential.
