The role has a strong focus on case management, responsible for providing expert and up to date advice on: industrial relations, employee relations, performance management, employment contracts and analytics to inform strategic decision making. Developing sound policies, procedures, solutions and interventions, is also key to the success of this position What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a candidate with strong experience in Employee Relations to help deliver strategic outcomes within the People & Culture Branch.
