Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our customers in aged care and values a well-run kitchen. Job Description What This Role Involves: Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices Demonstrable team management, development & leadership Assisting the broader team as required Regular client meetings and dietary updates Desired Skills and Experience The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desired) Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management Pride in personal appearance & hygiene What We Offer: Competitive salary package, circa $85,072plus super A suite of discounts across major companies Support around further training, licensing and accreditations Who We Are: Cater Care is a leading, 100% Australian owned contract catering service provider, operating across multiple sectors (Aged care, Education, Retirement, Retail and Remote services).
