About The Role: As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for providing efficient and superior levels of service. Your role includes but is not limited to: Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check‑in/check‑out process Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Processing reservations and managing room bookings Handling payments and maintaining guest accounts Resolving guest issues and complaints effectively and escalating when necessary Ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information is provided to guests and colleagues To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous experience in hospitality or a customer‑facing role preferred but not required Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility with duties and responsibilities within a diverse department Ability to adhere to the company core values: Be There, Play, Make Their Day, Choose Your Attitude Excellent organization and time‑management skills Flexibility to work shifts on a rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays Must have reliable transport Why Join Us?
