O'Neills Plant Hire is a civil construction company located in the Greater Sydney area. We are looking for an experienced MC float driver to join our team. The role involves transporting plant and equipment ranging from small machinery through to OSOM loads, in line with company procedures and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities Transporting earthmoving plant and equipment, including OSOM loads, to and from project sites Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain detailed trip logs Ensure strict adherence to all relevant road safety regulations and company policies Safely loading, securing, and unloading machinery in accordance with load restraint guidelines and company procedures Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation and vehicle cleanliness Navigating efficiently throughout Sydney Metropolitan, regional, and interstate locations as required Showing flexibility with start and finish times to meet operational requirements Qualifications A current MC heavy vehicle driver's licence with a clean driving record Extensive experience operating heavy haulage/float vehicles Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safety best practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in navigating and operating various heavy machinery and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service Apply now for this exciting opportunity to join our team and be a part of our continued success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
