FIBER is looking for a talented full‑time digital campaign manager within our Canberra office as we continue to grow with established and new customers in Canberra and throughout Australia. Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager with solid experience across integrated digital campaigns (Social, EDM, Search, Web and anything digital) to join FIBER. As well as having strong experience on the tools and managing multiple campaigns at any given time, you'll also have the capability to create top of the line strategies, being the digital voice for our client's products and partners. You will be part of a small, yet capable team within this high achieving environment whose numbers will grow as your own opportunity expands within the business. The ideal candidate will be results‑driven, adaptable, and thrive on new challenges in a fast‑paced environment. What you’ll be doing You’ll be working in a pod with 4-5 people and establish yourself as a Digital Campaign expert. A typical day will see you working on a portfolio of 20-25 clients from varying industries. Leading the digital media strategies to engage and convert off‑platform digital audiences through driving to the site and retargeting through to conversion. Optimising digital media investments to drive client’s outcomes. Providing strategic digital media recommendations for always‑on and campaign‑based activity. Keeping up to date and recommending new digital media channels to accelerate the performance of paid media and organic campaigns. Leading the relationship between client and digital media buying across programmatic, SEM and Social while also providing weekly status updates to the team on deliverables and performance. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with client’s business goals. Optimising copy and landing pages to maximise search ranking results. Researching and implementing advanced search engine optimisation recommendations. Developing and implementing a link building strategy. Analysing website analytics with a view to improving SEO rankings. Working with our Marketing team to drive SEO in website and social media content. Recommending and helping make changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Setting up and optimising client and company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content. Requirements Current knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms (optimised content, page speed, technical, schemas, etc.). In‑depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and SEO specific tools. You have a solid understanding of how each platform works and how to optimise content so that it’s engaging to the appropriate channels. You are super creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Google AdWords & Analytics whizz. Ideally someone with AdWords certification. Solid experience using Facebook Ads Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, etc. Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer orientated with good multitasking and organisational ability. Possess strong time and self‑management skills with a commitment to service quality. While you’ll be working in a team environment, it’s important you know the difference between implementing a quick fix and spending hours searching for a perfect solution.
