Coffee Roastery: Orders & Warehouse Co-ordinator Dukes Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roasting company based in Melbourne, VIC and Perth, WA. We import, roast, and brew only the highest quality, organic certified and regenerative coffees in the world, and connect those products with like‑minded consumers. Our Melbourne team is seeking a Orders & Warehouse Coordinator for a December 2025 / January 2026 start. This is a full‑time role, based out of our roastery in Richmond, Victoria. Responsibilities Coordinating customer orders (both B2B and B2C) Organising freight and delivery logistics to get our customers their goods on‑time and in pristine condition Managing incoming and outgoing goods and flow of traffic in the warehouse Working with and leading our production team to coordinate efficient and precise fulfilment of all outgoing orders Ensuring the warehouse environment is maintained to a high food‑grade standard Qualifications and Attributes Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal High level of proficiency in using computers; Outlook, ERP / inventory systems, freight portals and similar A conscientious, highly organised and independent approach to work Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a small‑team environment The drive to continually improve and take whatever steps are necessary to build upon the candidate’s areas of responsibility Relevant prior dispatch, supply‑chain or warehousing experience Prior experience managing inventory, particularly in the coffee or food industry (preferred) Strong passion for the highest quality coffee, organics and clean food and drink (essential) The successful candidate will have opportunities for growth with Dukes over the long term, with numerous opportunities to make your mark in a growing and fast‑moving business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
