In the role of Associate Director , you will join the Client Management & Execution team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed. Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution for Corporate & Institutional clients (Diversified Industrials, Agriculture, Retail) Build and maintain strong relationships with major corporate and institutional stakeholders Proactively drive strategies to maximise returns on deployed capital and optimise resource allocation to deliver sustainable business growth Support Client Coverage in delivering sector revenue, RoE, and expense targets by driving portfolio growth initiatives, optimizing low-return relationships, and accelerating revenue generation Ensure strict compliance with policies, processes, and procedures by operating within defined risk parameters and formally escalating exceptions to relevant stakeholders Oversee portfolio management activities, including administration, facility documentation monitoring, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience. Qualifications A strong understanding of commercial business practices and their application to a transaction Advanced analytical/numerate skills and attention to detail with regards to the customer request/borrowing purpose, risk assessment, financial modelling/analysis and documentation knowledge Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate competitive markets Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Sound knowledge of Australian and global financial markets, and expertise in the applicable regulatory environments Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
