Benzini Precast Concrete is seeking a full-time Precast Concrete Labourer to join our team in Yatala, QLD. As a Precast Concrete Labourer, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality precast concrete products for our diverse range of commercial and residential projects. What you’ll be doing Assisting with the production of precast concrete elements, including formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of concrete Assisting with concrete patching, honing and general finishing to ensure the highest quality of finishes for our clients Carrying out general labouring tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following all health and safety protocols Providing support to the wider production team as required What we’re looking for Experience working as a labourer in the construction or manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to precast concrete production Excellent manual handling skills and the ability to lift heavy loads A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all safety procedures and instructions Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills Someone that is reliable, hardworking and looking to work in a great team culture Experienced Steel Fixers, Form workers or Concrete finishers are also welcome to apply What we offer At Benzini Precast Concrete, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
