Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a talented Work Health and Safety Compensation Manager to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities Ensure all WHS policies meet local, state, and federal regulations, conducting regular reviews to maintain best practice. Investigate accidents and injuries, implementing corrective and preventative measures. Partner with leaders to reduce workplace incidents through proactive initiatives. Advise, train, and guide managers on WHS policies, programs, and practices. Identify long‑term strategic opportunities for WHS development. Actively manage claims and return‑to‑work processes in partnership with leadership Implement strategies to reduce workers compensation premiums and improve workplace injury management outcomes. Qualifications Have a certification in First Aid and CPR Proven experience in WHS and injury management in a complex, multi‑site organisation Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or a related field In‑depth understanding of WHS, workers compensation and return‑to‑work legislation.
