About the Role As our Purchasing & Store Person , you’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for sourcing materials, maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring our store/warehouse operates efficiently and safely. This role suits someone who thrives in a varied position—balancing supplier negotiations and purchase orders with practical store and dispatch tasks. What You’ll Be Doing Purchasing Responsibilities Source and procure materials, equipment, and services aligned with company standards and budgets Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines Prepare and process accurate purchase orders Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Keep purchasing records up to date and compliant with company procedures Maintain inventory data in our business software, including pricing and product details Store & Warehouse Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and check incoming goods against orders Organise and store materials safely and efficiently Monitor stock levels and replenish as required Pick, prepare, and package orders for dispatch Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Maintain a clean, well‑organised, safety‑compliant warehouse environment What You’ll Bring Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, store operations, or a similar role Knowledge of industry suppliers (preferred) Strong understanding of stock control and inventory processes Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Strong written and verbal communication skills Why Join Us?
