Network Operations Coordinator-Mandarin Speaking (Mel&Syd) YTO Express was founded in Shanghai on May 28, 2000. Established to expand YTO's global footprint, YTO Global Pty Ltd offers comprehensive logistics and courier services tailored to meet the needs of both individual and business customers in Australia. Location: Melbourne Sydney Key Responsibilities 1. Data Monitoring & Analysis Track and monitor last-mile delivery performance metrics across all Australian cities on a daily basis (on-time performance, success rate, etc.). Monitor key quality indicators including loss rate, delivery success rate, and tracking update delays. Generate regular quality reports, perform trend analysis, and identify potential risks or performance issues. Conduct root cause analysis on abnormal data using system and reporting tools. 2. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement Communicate with local branches to address delivery delays, losses, and scanning exceptions. Follow up and escalated issues promptly to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with franchisees and carriers when necessary to manage service recovery and customer communication. Continuously optimize issue-handling procedures to improve overall service quality. 3. Communication & Coordination Maintain regular communication with city operations managers to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct periodic quality reviews with branches, defining improvement targets and corrective actions. Support training sessions for franchisees or partners to enhance awareness of quality requirements. 4. Quality Improvement Projects Assist headquarters in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives covering delivery standards, scanning procedures, and customer communication protocols. Investigate major service exceptions, prepare analysis reports, and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with the customer service team to reduce complaint rates and improve customer satisfaction. 5. Additional Quality Control Conduct compliance checks to ensure delivery operations meet local laws and industry standards. Monitor the accuracy and completeness of Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation. Track customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS) and support initiatives to improve feedback scores. Assist in implementing automated and system-based quality monitoring tools. About You 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Background in e-commerce or logistics operations is a strong advantage. Excellent multitasking and time management skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities (internal & external). Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and reporting skills.
