This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a next-generation digital ecosystem used by some of the world’s most recognisable brands in entertainment and interactive media. We’re looking for an Azure-focused Cloud Engineer to help design, build, and operate highly available, low-latency cloud environments. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to uplift automation, strengthen IaC practices, and mature the overall cloud and security posture across a multi-cloud environment. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and maintaining high-availability cloud infrastructure across Azure (primary) and AWS Leading Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using Bicep, Terraform, and CloudFormation Improving platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency Building and optimising CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Managing containerised workloads (Docker / ECS) Implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor) Contributing to secure cloud design aligned with ISMS and modern best practices Supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience engineering Collaborating with product and engineering teams to elevate developer productivity What We’re Looking For Strong commercial experience with Azure cloud services and architecture Proven hands‑on experience with Bicep (or strong IaC fundamentals + willingness to specialise) Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and automation in Bash / Python / YAML Strong containerisation knowledge (Docker / ECS) Experience owning CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Understanding of AWS (multi-cloud environment) and cloud security best practices Bonus : exposure to compliance frameworks, ISMS, or Cybersecurity Passion for modern infrastructure, automation, and emerging technologies Why You’ll Love It Join a rapidly scaling tech company solving genuinely complex engineering problems Work at the intersection of cloud technology, digital content ecosystems, and consumer products Hybrid work model : 2–3 days onsite in a vibrant inner‑Melbourne office Strong culture of ownership, autonomy, and collaboration Competitive remuneration with ESOP available Eligibility This role requires candidates to have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency .
