We are seeking a motivated and proactive CWH & Inventory Coordinator to lead our Component Warehouse (CWH) team of 45 staff. You will oversee daily pick-and-pack operations for Production, coordinate kitting activities, and ensure accurate inventory control across the entire warehouse. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Oversee daily CWH operations and lead a small warehouse team. Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory across all warehouse locations. Conduct daily and regular cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Manage claims or variances raised by Production and complete related admin tasks. Update inventory records, stock adjustments and transactions in the M3 system. Provide Production and Warehouse teams with accurate stock availability updates. Drive continuous improvement in inventory processes and accuracy. What You'll Need Experience with inventory management or ERP systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping. Valid forklift licence (essential). Why Join Us?
